We're currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Dealer Marketing Specialist for our Passenger Car Division. Positioned within our German subsidiary, this role focuses on developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our dealerships' needs across Germany.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Dealer Support and Development
- Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to dealer needs, enhancing the visibility and sales of BYD passenger cars.
- Organize and execute dealer training programs, ensuring a thorough understanding of BYD's product offerings and marketing tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify market opportunities and dealer-specific challenges, proposing effective solutions to drive growth.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and roll out promotional campaigns tailored to the dealer network.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all dealer marketing materials and activities, adhering to BYD's brand standards.
- Plan and execute dealer events, including product launches, training sessions, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Measure and report on event outcomes, using insights to improve future activities.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in dealer marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the German automotive market and dealer networks.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software. Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
